Russian strike on residential building injures at least 12 in Pokrovsk

Emergency workers found the body of a three-year-old boy under the rubble of an apartment building destroyed by Russian missiles, authorities said.

The report confirms Ukraine's original denial and undercuts claims made by the Kremlin.
