Russian media: Drone attack on Russian Navy's headquarters in Sevastopol injures 5.

A drone attacked the local headquarters of the Russian fleet on July 31, the Russian-appointed governor of Sevastopol Mykhailo Razvozhaev told Russian media. He claimed it was a Ukrainian UAV. Ukraine hasn't yet commented on the alleged attack.
