National Bank of Ukraine resumes sales of foreign currency.

The sale of foreign currency was banned on Feb. 24, but starting April 14 Ukraine has permitted the trade of foreign currencies in cash. This is partly to avoid the growth of a blackmarket, reads a statement released by the bank.
