Mobile service, internet shut down in partially occupied Kherson Oblast.

Local media and authorities reported that the connection disappeared in the city of Kherson and several other districts of the southern Ukrainian oblast. Serhiy Khlan, a deputy of the regional council, said that the reason behind the shutdown was not yet clear.
