Macron refuses to call Russian atrocities 'genocide,' says Ukraine and Russia are brotherly nations.

French President Emmanuel Macron said: “I would be careful with such terms today because these two peoples (Russians and Ukrainians) are brothers.” Earlier, U.S. President Joe Biden used the term "genocide" for the killing of Ukrainians by the Russian military.
