Hong Kong Stock Exchange slumps over possible China-Russia aid. The Hong Kong markets experience their worst day of trading since the 2008 financial crisis over fears that China may provide military support to Ukraine.  The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index closed down 7.15%, while the Hang Seng Tech index fell by over 11%.
