Governor: Russian shelling injures 2 in Ochakiv, Mykolaiv Oblast

Mykolaiv Oblast Governor Vitaliy Kim reported on Dec. 21 that two people — a mother and a child — were injured in a Russian attack on the southern city of Ochakiv.
