Conflict Intelligence Team: Missile hitting Belgorod Oblast came from Russia.

Observers from the CIT report that the missile that fell in the village of Nikolskoye in Russia's Belgorod Oblast on April 1 came from the country's northeast or east, ruling out Ukraine's involvement. Russian media and authorities earlier accused Ukraine of attacking Belgorod Oblast.
