Blinken: US embassy will resume operations 'very soon'

Speaking in Berlin on May 15 during meetings with NATO, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said the U.S. embassy is taking all necessary precautions, but that work is underway to resume operations in Kyiv very soon. Blinken also said "NATO is stronger, more capable, more unified than ever."
