Zaporizhzhia Oblast administration: 69 civilians in Russian captivity.

According to the administration, as of April 18, Russian forces abducted a total of 155 residents in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 86 of which were released. The kidnapped civilians include local officials, entrepreneurs, three lawyers, two journalists, and one child.
