WSJ: US to sanction Russian companies providing technology for Russian military, intelligence services.

The sanctions would target Russian companies that provide goods and services to the Russian military and intelligence services, including dual-use components used in weapons proliferation, according to U.S. officials. Among the companies on the list are Serniya Engineering and Moscow-based Sertal.
