Update: Death toll in Russia’s attack on Kharkiv rises to 19

Nearly 70% of Ukrainians support joining the EU, and over 60% of Ukrainians support joining NATO amid growing frustration with the government, according to a new survey by the Socis Center for Social Research released on Aug. 6.
