Turkey reports it has made progress with Russia on Ukrainian grain exports.

According to the Turkish Ministry of Defense, the meeting with Russia took place in a “constructive and very positive atmosphere,” and its participants said that they had reached an agreement on holding talks concerning Ukrainian grain with Kyiv and the UN.
