Russia offers unblocking Ukrainian ports in exchange for lifting Western sanctions.

Kremlin-controlled news agency TASS reported, citing Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Rudenko, that among the things Moscow would like to see to implement a humanitarian corridor for Ukraine to be able to export grains are "the removal of sanctions imposed on Russian exports and financial transactions."
