Russia claims it will let civilians exit Azovstal.

The Russian Defense Ministry claims their troops won’t attack civilians sheltering at the Azovstal steel mill in Mariupol, if they leave the plant after 2 p.m. Kyiv time on April 25. Ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova earlier said that about 1,000 civilians were trapped at Azovstal, including small children. She said they were running out of food and water.
