Russia's Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications has blocked Instagram after its parent company, Meta, said it would relax its hate speech policy, allowing calls for violence against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian troops fighting in Ukraine.
