ISW: Head of Russian-controlled Wagner group Prigozhin 'being established as face of' Russia's invasion

In its latest update, the Institute for the Study of War said Wagner Group financier Yevgeny Prigozhin may be used to quell the increasing dissatisfaction among Russia's military blogger community with Russia's failures in Ukraine. Some bloggers have even called to replace Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu with Prigozhin, blaming Shoigu for Russia's defeat in Kharkiv Oblast, the ISW wrote.
