The Lithuanian broadcasting regulator canceled Russian independent TV station Dozhd's (Rain) license on Dec. 7, a day after Latvia announced it would revoke the license.
"The decision to cancel the broadcasting license was made due to a threat to national security and public order," the broadcaster said in a statement.
Dozhd moved its broadcasting premises abroad following Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Zelensky said he supports Trump’s proposal for a trilateral meeting between Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia, noting that the three leaders can cover the “key issues.”
"I think we're pretty close to a deal," Trump told Fox News, adding: "Ukraine has to agree to it. Maybe they'll say no."
Trump handed the letter to Putin during their nearly three-hour meeting on Aug. 15, two White House officials told Reuters.
The number includes 1,010 casualties that Russian forces suffered over the past day, according to the General Staff of Ukraine's Armed Forces.
"Putin got his red carpet treatment with Trump, Trump got nothing. ... For the Ukrainians: nothing. For Europe: deeply disappointing."
After speaking with Putin, Trump said he didn't think sanctions on Russia were a necessary measure — despite the lack of ceasefire.
"There’s no deal until there’s a deal," Trump said during a press conference after his meeting with Putin.
The two leaders began their meeting at the U.S. military Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson in Anchorage at around 11:30 a.m. local time. The event will mark their first face-to-face talks of Trump's second term and their first meeting in six years, as well as Putin's first visit to U.S. soil in a decade.
