ICC prosecutor to investigate war crimes in Ukraine

Possible war crimes or crimes against humanity in Ukraine will be investigated, the prosecutor of the international criminal court (ICC) in The Hague announced on Feb. 28. Karim Khan said that even though Ukraine is not a member of the ICC, it had awarded jurisdiction to the court.
