Governor: Russian shelling kills 7 in Luhansk Oblast

Luhansk Oblast Governor Serhiy Haidai wrote on Telegram that following Russia's shelling in Luhansk Oblast on May 26, seven people were killed, four of which were in Sievierodonetsk, under constant heavy shelling as Russia attempts to encircle Ukrainian forces in the region.
