According to Hanna Maliar, the Russian military is using its war against Ukraine to test new weapons which are still under research. Russia is also using many weapons that are banned under international law, she added.

Representatives of the Polish Defense Ministry and the country's Armed Forces are set to meet their Ukrainian counterparts and discuss defense cooperation and support for Ukraine in the face of Russian aggression.
