The U.S. is working with the European allies to expedite “more sophisticated” air defense systems and other weapons, the Washington Post reports. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that the U.S. is committed to arming Kyiv with “the kinds of capabilities that we know the Ukrainians need and are using very well.”
