Ukrainian General Staff: Russia is bringing fighters from Syria, Serbia, Nagorno-Karabakh to replenish troops in Ukraine.

Two people were killed, and another 8 were injured as Russian ballistic missile explosions rocked Kyiv overnight on Sept. 24.

Suspected Russian drones crashed in Romania and Moldova overnight on Sept. 24, amid a sustained mass drone and missile attack on Ukraine.

The agreement comes hours after a meeting between European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and President Volodymyr Zelensky, in which the former reminded that Ukraine unlock 37 billion euros ($42 billion) by carrying out previously-agreed reforms.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said the Russian side did not interpret Zelensky's remark as ruling out a visit to Moscow.

Temporary Protected Status (TPS) was originally granted to Ukrainians in April 2022 following the Russian full-scale invasion.

"Russia is trying to choke off Ukrainian grain exports, thus jeopardizing global food security. We therefore support efforts towards an arrangement in the Black Sea to safeguard freedom of navigation," the EU's top diplomat, Kaja Kallas, said.

President Volodymyr Zelensky, on Sept. 23, addressed the U.N. General Assembly, calling for continued support for Ukraine, stressing the importance of negotiations, and warning that Ukrainians will continue to fight back against Russia.

Lvov is one of Ukraine's most scandalous judges. He was fired from the Supreme Court in 2022 due to his concealed Russian citizenship.

According to Bloomberg, Burnham also told Zelensky in their private meeting during the United Nations General Assembly that Ukraine’s allies must keep sanctions in place against Russia to maintain pressure and help bring the war to an end.
