BBC reported that British Defense Minister Ben Wallace said that British Starstreak short-range man-portable air-defense systems are supplied to Ukraine. The decision to provide them has been made last week but it's not clear whether they have been delivered yet.

The General Staff attributed the strikes to "using long-range strike weapons of Ukrainian production, particularly the FP-5 'Flamingo.'"
Those targeted include are citizens and residents of Russia, Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan, and the United Arab Emirates.
