Russian missiles hit Odesa, casualties reported.

The exact number of casualties is yet unknown. As a result of the attack, several infrastructure facilities were damaged, including a religious building, according to Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security and Defense Council. Odesa Oblast Governor Maksym Marchenko said Russia committed an act of terrorism.
