Andriy Sadovyi said that Lviv, a regional capital in western Ukraine, was attacked following reports about explosions. Lviv Oblast Governor Maksym Kozytskyi said that three loud explosions were heard near Lviv, from the east. Sadovyi said that more strikes may be coming.
