Lukashenko says he sends Belarusian specialists to ensure power supply at Chornobyl plant.

Belarus dictator Alexander Lukashenko said that he discussed the plant, controlled by Russian soldiers and cut off electricity, in a phone call with Vladimir Putin on March 9. Lukashenko is scheduled to meet Putin in Moscow on March 11.
