Ukraine wins Women's Chess Olympiad

Ukraine won gold at the 44th Women's Chess Olympiad, the International Chess Federation announced on Aug. 9. "Thanks to crucial victories by Mariya Muzychuk and Anna Ushenina," Ukraine beat Poland 3:1 in the key round. This is the second time in history that Ukraine wins the competition.
