Ukraine, Russia exchange POWs under 17 to 15 formula

One civilian and 16 service members, including two officers, returned home on June 28 in exchange for 15 Russian prisoners of war, Ukraine's Defense Ministry's Intelligence Directorate said. The directorate added that five of those released from captivity are seriously injured and need immediate medical assistance.
