Ukraine begins restoring electricity in recently liberated villages in Kharkiv Oblast

Governor of Kharkiv Oblast Oleh Synyehubov said on Sept. 15 that recently liberated settlements are beginning to regain electricity as previously inaccessible power stations return under Ukrainian control. Ukrainian forces have liberated over 300 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast since Sept. 6 after a successful Ukrainian counteroffensive in the area.
