Russians say occupied parts of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts will switch to Russian phone code.

Kremlin-controlled news agency Ria Novosti reported, citing Russian occupiers in the regions, that a new mobile operator has begun working in the occupied territories and is now switching to the Russian telephone code +7.
