Russian forces shell Sumy Oblast on Feb. 27

Russian troops targeted six communities in Sumy Oblast, including Bilopillia, Shalyhyne, Nova Sloboda, Krasnopillia, and Seredyna-Buda, regional military administration said on Feb. 27.
