Over 200 civilians, 11 children killed in Kharkiv by Russian invaders. In the last 24 hours, 10 civilians, including 3 children were killed, according to Head of the Investigative Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Kharkiv Serhiy Bolvinov.
