Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytsky said Russia fired mortars at residential buildings in the Seredyno-Budska area of the oblast. At least 10 private houses and buildings were damaged, and one house was destroyed. No casualties were reported yet.
The victims included two women, aged 62 and 65, and three men, aged 65, 67, and 74. All were reportedly on the street at the time of the strike.
The delivery follows the signing of the PURL agreement between the U.S. and NATO on July 14.
