Ukraine’s Energy Ministry reported that around 17,350 consumers have regained power over the past day, although around 600,000 consumers remain cut off due to hostilities. Specifically, 16,950 consumers in Donetsk Oblast and 400 in Zaporizhzhia Oblast regained power.

The U.S. Department of State on Feb. 6 approved a potential $185 million “Foreign Military Sale” to Ukraine for spare parts and related equipment to support U.S.-supplied vehicles and weapon systems.
