Ukraine’s counteroffensive is adding pressure on Russia to reinforce personnel, U.S. and Western officials told the Washington Post on Sept. 12. The General Staff attributed the strikes to "using long-range strike weapons of Ukrainian production, particularly the FP-5 'Flamingo.'"
