Update: Russian shelling of Nikopol leaves residents without electricity

According to Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Valentyn Reznichenko, Russian shelling overnight on Aug. 14 damaged 17 residential buildings, a school, and several shops. Gas and power lines were also hit, leaving several thousand of the city’s residents without electricity. No casualties were reported.
