Mayor: Russia’s attack on Kharkiv downtown hits residential building, university

Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that Russia’s attack occurred at around 7 a.m. on July 23. Terekhov later said that it hit a residential building and a university, breaking its windows and leaving a deep hole in front of the entrance. At least one person was injured.
