Antonio Guterres has arrived in Lviv ahead of his meeting with the presidents of Ukraine and Turkey, Volodymyr Zelensky and Tayyip Erdogan, scheduled for Aug. 18. Guterres is set to then travel to Odesa, before going to Istanbul to visit a coordination center that was opened to oversee the export of Ukrainian grain.

The attack on Cheboksary was part of a broader Ukrainian assault that also struck the Kuibyshev oil refinery in Russia's Samara Oblast, as well as two oil infrastructure facilities in Russia's Vladimir Oblast.
