UN: More than 900 civilians killed in Ukraine since Russia began its invasion.

According to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, at least 902 civilians have been killed and 1,459 injured since Feb.24. The UN agency believes that the actual figures are considerably higher. According to Mariupol authorities, over 2,400 people were killed in the city alone.
