Ukraine imposes personal sanctions against Putin, other Russian officials

President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on June 9 imposing personal sanctions against 35 Russian officials including Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, banning them from entering Ukraine, canceling Ukrainian visas, and blocking their assets, among other measures.
