The Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) said on July 7 that it had detained an agent attempting to locate the air defense systems of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near the southern and eastern fronts. According to the SBU, the man was recruited by a representative of the Russian special services.
"Consistent with the United States' continued leadership on issues of nuclear safety and non-proliferation, working with Congress, the United States is proactively committing 20%, or $100 million, of the G7's estimated $500 million cost to rehabilitate the NSC arch," the statement read.
"(A)s long as Russia and the Russian authorities continue to be invited, while Ukrainian people continue to be targeted, and attacked on a daily basis, I cannot be present," Commissioner Glenn Micallef said.
The Russian leader voiced readiness to declare a truce in Ukraine for the Victory Day celebrations, which Russia holds on May 9, the Kremlin said.
