Scholz says Germany will continue arming Ukraine but Berlin's capacity 'almost exhausted.'

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that weapons that are already familiar to Ukrainian soldiers should be supplied and his government will work with manufacturers to make it possible. Scholz said he agrees that "Russia may not win this war,” and his government will help Ukraine obtain anti-tank and air defense weapons.
