Russia’s war killed at least 400 civilians in Donetsk Oblast since Feb. 24.

1,116 people have been injured, Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko reported on May 21. The numbers, however, do not include those killed in the destroyed cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha. According to officials, the number of civilian casualties is estimated to be around 20,000.
