Rescue operation after Russian missile strike in Vinnytsia completed.

According to Ukraine’s State Emergency Service, 23 people have been killed, 202 have been injured, one person is missing, and three people have been rescued. As a result of the Russian missile strike on the city’s center on July 14, 55 residential houses and 42 vehicles were damaged or destroyed.
