Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that up to 20,000 grants can be allocated annually. “We are talking about the possibility of starting any microbusiness, such as tailoring, dry cleaner, service or repair center, etc.,” he said. Grants can be received through the e-government platform Diia.

Roman Chervinskyi previously served in Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (HUR). He was indicted by the State Security Service (SBU) in April 2023 for abuse of power.
