Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synehubov said that Russian forces had used artillery, mortars, and multiple launch rocket systems to attack residential neighborhoods of the region. As a result of the shellings, 11 people were killed, including a seven-year-old child, and another 14 were injured.

EU approves over $2 billion in economic support for Moldova.
