Biden: US would 'respond' to Russian use of chemical or biological weapons.

Speaking to members of the press at the NATO summit in Brussels on March 24, U.S. President Joe Biden said NATO would respond "in kind" if Russia uses weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine. "The nature of the response depends on the nature of the use," he said. Biden also backed efforts to expel Russia from the G-20 group.
