Zelensky: Ukraine can lift siege of Mariupol if it receives heavy weapons.

In his latest address, President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that while he believes Ukraine will receive "almost all weapons necessary," Ukrainian lives are lost the longer the West delays their delivery. He also added that EU sanctions must be so strong that "even words about weapons of mass destruction from the Russian side are no longer heard."
