Lavrov: Negotiations with Ukraine have stalled after recent round of peace talks.

Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the Ukrainian side has not yet responded to the latest version of Russia's "proposals" sent five days ago. Putin’s close adviser and Russian chief negotiator Vladimir Medinsky went to threaten Ukraine. Russia has lost over 21,000 soldiers since Feb. 24.
